Each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for crafting and shipment.
How Is My Order Made?
Your chosen location is translated by our map tool into a precise 3D pattern. We 3D-print in castable wax, then lost-wax cast in your selected precious metal. Every piece is hand-finished in the USA and matched to the exact rendering you approved in Preview Your Piece.
How Will My Order Arrive?
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail in a True Coordinates gift box with a microfiber pouch. We include a printed image of the exact design you created, plus a QR code to reopen the live 3D view.
Are Street Names Displayed on the Jewelry?
No. Street names appear only in the design tool to help you compose your piece; they are not engraved on the jewelry.
How Do I Use the True Coordinates Map Tool?
- Choose your jewelry type (Small/Medium/Large Round Pendant, Earrings, Cufflinks, or Tie Bar).
- Enter a place, city, or address.
- Drag to frame your design and zoom to your desired level of street detail.
- Pick your metal (and chain length, when applicable).
- Tap Preview Your Piece to see a true-to-scale 3D rendering of your exact design, then add to cart.

What’s the QR Code For?
Each piece includes a QR code (and link) to reopen your design online and view a live 3D preview of your exact map and metal choice—perfect for sharing or revisiting later.
How Accurate Is the 3D Preview?
What you see is what we cast. The Preview Your Piece render matches your selected map geometry and metal finish. Very fine lines are responsibly simplified for strength, but street layout and proportions are preserved.
Will the Cart Image Match My Final Piece?
Yes. The cart thumbnail is generated from the exact rendering we use to build your piece.
Do You Save My Design for Reorders?
Yes. Your order’s QR code reopens your live 3D view. We retain the rendering tied to your order so you (or a gift recipient) can reorder or request a matching piece later.
Can I Change or Cancel After Ordering?
We begin production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours—we’ll do our best to accommodate before the casting stage.
What If the Address or a New Development Doesn’t Appear?
- Search a nearby landmark or cross-street and drag the map to your exact spot.
- If it still doesn’t appear, send us a pin or coordinates—we’ll help position it manually.
What Metals Do You Use?
- .925 Sterling Silver — solid, cast and hand-finished; nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
- 18K Gold Vermeil — 2.5-micron 18K gold plated over cast Sterling Silver; nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
- 14K Yellow / 14K Rose / 14K White Gold — solid 14K, cast to order (available on select styles; contact us for others). Gold pendants include a matching gold-tone chain; white-gold ships with a Sterling Silver chain.
Chain Lengths & Sizes
- Chains (necklaces): 18″ standard (Sterling Silver & Vermeil), 28″ available in Sterling Silver.
- Pendant diameters: Small 16 mm (dime), Medium 20 mm (nickel), Large 25 mm (quarter).
- Earrings: 16 mm pair. Cufflinks: 18 mm pair. Tie Bar: 2″ × 0.32″.
How Do I Care for My Jewelry?
Sterling Silver: Store dry. Polish with a soft lint-free cloth. For tarnish, use a mild baking-soda paste; rinse and dry. Avoid dips or abrasives.
Gold Vermeil: Treat like fine jewelry—avoid abrasives, harsh chemicals, and prolonged water exposure to preserve the 2.5-micron gold layer. Wipe with a soft cloth only.
14K Gold (Yellow/Rose/White): Soak briefly in warm water with mild soap; brush gently with a soft bristle brush; rinse and dry.
Water, Sweat, and Daily Wear
Normal day-to-day wear is fine. Remove before swimming, workouts, or contact with perfumes/lotions to keep the finish pristine—especially for Vermeil.

We want you to love your piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Custom pieces must be returned in original condition.
