When Will My Order Ship?
Every piece at True Coordinates is custom made for you, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
How is My Order Made?
Once you find your location and complete your design with our map tool, the exact street map pattern you selected is rendered into a 3D image. Next your order is 3D printed in castable wax, then it is hand cast using a lost wax casting process in the material of your choice. Finally your new piece is hand polished with care, and shipped to you.
How Will My Order Arrive?
Your order will arrive by USPS priority mail. Each order will be packaged in a True Coordinates jewelry gift box and will include a microfiber jewelry pouch. Also we will include a printed image of the exact piece you designed with our custom map tool.
Are Street Names Displayed on Your Jewelry?
Street names are only for reference to help you in designing your piece of jewelry. Street names will not be displayed on your piece. Please see our other designs as a reference.
The Custom Map Tool Cannot Find My Address or Location, what should I do?
The custom map tool address finder is based on Google's Places software. Not all addresses or locations can be found.
- Try another address or location near the area you are trying to find.
- Click and drag to move the Map and find your specific location.

How do I use the True Coordiantes' custom map tool?
- Select the piece you are interested in, for example the small round map pendant.
- Enter your address to find your location.
- Click and drag the map to frame the design of your piece.
- Zoom in or Out with your mouse (or the +/- buttons) as needed for your design. Different streets will be displayed at different zoom levels.
- Select your material, and order your piece.
- The image in your shopping cart will be the exact street map design, from which your piece will be created.

What Metals are used in our jewelry and accessories?
We use the highest quality precious metals in the casting of our jewelry and accessories.
A Sterling Silver piece, is hand cast in solid premium quality .925 Sterling Silver.
A 14K Gold, 14K Rose Gold, or 14K White Gold piece will be hand cast in high quality solid 14K Gold, high quality solid 14K Rose Gold, or high quality solid 14K white gold. Currently only available in our medium round map pendants, small round map pendants, slim horizontal bar, and our rectangular map pendant. If interested in using 14K solid gold/rose gold/white for any of our other pieces please contact us for a qoute. Our solid gold pieces will include a 14K Gold Plated Silver, 14K Rose Gold Plated Silver chain to make your pendant choice. A 14K White Gold piece will include a matching sterling silver chain.

How Do I Care For My Jewelry / Accessories?
Store all of our jewelry in the provided jewelry box to avoid tarnishing, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (such as perfume, chlorine and detergents) and drying your piece thoroughly when it gets wet.
Sterling Silver: the preferred method of cleaning is to rub with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. To remove oxidation rub gently with a paste of water and baking soda, rinse and dry. Do no use dipping solutions, abrasive cleaners, or anything other than a soft, clean cloth.
14K Gold, 14K Rose Gold, and 14K White Gold pieces: are solid gold pieces and can be maintained with most non abrasive cleaners. To clean, soak jewelry in warm water with mild soap and gently scrub with a soft bristled brush.
Shipping Rates
All orders shipped for FREE in the U.S. by USPS priority mail.
International orders are shipped by USPS priority International mail, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Some countries will charge import duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We do not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of Maryland. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.
Discounts
When we are running a sale or promotion only one discount can be applied per order. We are a small business and we can only honor one discount per order.
Return Policy
We put a lot of love into each individual piece we create. We stand behind our products 100%. We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom map jewelry, we offer a full refund less shipping. You can return your jewelry for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
